We are an exciting stealth Enterprise software startup that has recently secured significant seed funding from Team8, a leading venture capital firm in the space!

We are looking for brilliant, curious, creative, and team player individuals to join our dynamic team and help us build out our cutting-edge technology.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our R&D team, focusing on developing algorithms, models, and prompts for developing and analyzing critical data as part of our Core product functionality.

Your role will include:

  • Define, build and measure prompts as necessary for language model utilization.
  • Refine LLM models to understand unstructured data and enable effective data extraction for analysis, ensuring clarity and precision in extracting insights.
  • Develop advanced AI algorithms for efficient analysis to extract insights and more data from customer applications.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for algorithms and prompts, facilitating smooth integration by engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineers to seamlessly integrate algorithms and models into the product, providing support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in AI and NLP, preferably in prompt generation or related areas.
  • Experience in research and development of AI / NLP algorithms.
  • Experience with large language models such as GPT-4, Claude, BERT, etc.
  • Experience with code analysis - advantage.
  • Experience with Python, .NET, Java, or any equivalent language.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data structuring and algorithms.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, work under pressure, and handle urgent incidents.
  • Self-learning individual with problem-solving skills while acting as a team player.
