Job Description:

As a Senior Programmer, you will be responsible for developing next-generation products and solutions in the power segment and motion control industry. This key role demands a hands-on approach, strong technical expertise, and a passion for innovation. You will be working with a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design advanced embedded software for motion control and power applications.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams through complex projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful product development.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in C++ programming in embedded systems and technology-driven industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in an R&D team.
  • Deep expertise in power electronics, motion control systems, and embedded software development, with a strong understanding of hardware/software co-design principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical innovations into market-leading products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
