Ribbon is looking for a creative C++ RT-EMB software engineer to join our experienced and innovative R&D team working on the company's flagship telecommunication products.

The team is responsible for designing and developing a variety of exciting and cutting-edge projects.

The position can be located at Petah Tikva or at Beer Sheva site.

Responsibilities

• Developing applications on Linux RT embedded environment
• Design and develop C++ software that will run in a highly-distributed, multithreaded embedded environment
• Working independently in collaboration with other SW teams in Israel and abroad
• Working with global development sites and customers around the world
• Responsible for the end-to-end development process (from design to delivery)
• Be part of discovery teams to define innovative solutions
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in C++ and Object-Oriented programming
• Experience in RT-Embedded Linux based environments
• Good understanding of multithreading and concurrency
• Excellent learning ability and integration in existing projects
• An ability to own and lead tasks and drive them to a conclusion
• Team member - working with various stakeholders across the organization
• Good debugging skills
• Good technical English
• B.Sc in Computer Science from leading universities
