Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA professionals.
• Design, develop, and maintain desktop systems.
• Ensure high-quality code standards and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct code reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize SQL for database management and optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in leading teams in the development of desktop systems.
• Proficiency in React, C#, .NET, programming languages.
• Strong understanding of SQL database management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with C++ programming- an advantage.
