We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead who is not only passionate about Gen-AI and Computer Graphics but also possesses a deep understanding of software engineering principles.

As a core member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our development efforts and contribute directly to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale systems.
• Collaborate closely with the team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain infrastructure utilized by the team and products.
• Make long-term technical decisions that align with the company's goals and vision.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with a wide range of languages and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience or interest in Gen-AI research and Computer Graphics Engines (Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, and more).
