Biobeat is a dynamic med-tech company in the patient monitoring field. The company’s remote patient monitoring platform includes a disposable short-term chest monitor and a long-term wrist monitor, both of which utilize a photoplethysmography-based (PPG) sensor to continuously provide accurate patient readings of 13 health parameters.

About the position:

Biobeat is looking for a skilled and motivated Full stack developer to join our team, and help us develop the next generation of patient monitoring systems. The day-to-day work includes, among other things, improving the AWS-based information system in both the backend and frontend, and being the technical lead for the development team. The ideal candidate has excellent hands-on experience and can pinpoint challenges and solve them independently and professionally.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical lead for the product's Frontend and Backend development.

• Be involved in the system architecture design

• Developing new products in an interdisciplinary team – mobile/backend/frontend

• Improving existing products and enhancing the system performance

What you will need to succeed:

• B.Sc/B.A. in exact sciences (Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering)

• At least 4 years of experience in software development.

• Experience with AWS and RESTful APIs • Proficient in Python and SQL.

• Experience with pandas and numpy libraries (advantage) • Proficient in React, HTML, and CSS.

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

• Good communication skills, ability to clearly explain complex concepts

• Ability to quickly comprehend and maintain code

• Personal skills: communication, independent learning, creativity

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
