Join our mission to disrupt the current banking system. Develop an entirely new banking model by providing a fully digital and hyper-personalized experience based on AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a complex, highly available, and distributed cloud-based solution, ensuring its high level of quality throughout its lifecycle
• Collaborate in the design of robust, scalable, and testable software solutions within a fast-paced environment
• Engage actively in all stages of development, including research, design, development, and testing
• Contribute to the front-end development of our bank services
• Work closely with your team, Product Managers, designers, architects, DevOps, and other tech leads at One Zero to deliver exceptional results
• Foster the growth and development of your team members, providing guidance and support
• Take responsibility for the timely and successful delivery of the team's projects
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Scala, Java, or Kotlin
• Proficient in Spring/Spring Boot framework and its core concepts
• Experience with build tools e.g., Maven/Gradle
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Results-oriented proactive problem solver
