abra R&D is Seeking an experienced Embedded DevOps Engineer-to join the team!

As an Embedded DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in leading continuous improvement initiatives for embedded software development. Collaborate with global teams, translate stakeholder needs into actionable CI/CD requirements, and integrate new tools to ensure efficient software development for Gilat components.

Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous DevOps improvement for embedded software
• Collaborate with global embedded software development teams
• Translate stakeholder needs into CI/CD requirements and specifications
• Evaluate, select, integrate, and configure new DevOps tools
• Enable efficient, on-time high-quality software development for Gilat components
• Build, deploy, and maintain virtual environments and services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in embedded software development and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Groovy, YAML, and Python for pipeline/script development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps repos & pipelines, and Jenkins.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate, select, and integrate new DevOps tools effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
