We are looking for a hands-on product manager with a strong background in software development, managing full-stack developers or engineering team Leader to join our fast-paced, innovative team.

Role Description

As the Engineering Team Leader, you will be part of the leadership team working closely with the CEO, CTO, and the software developers of the company.

• Lead the development and implementation of web-based products in production environments.
• You will be planning the long-term roadmap and managing short-term releases of all the features for all customers.
• Develop and execute the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and make data-driven decisions using analytical skills.
• Foster an agile development methodology, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality features.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide transparency over the product development pipeline.
• Utilize full-stack Node.js and JavaScript-based technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• (Bonus) Apply DevOps knowledge and experience to streamline development and deployment processes.

This is a full-time role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader and 2 years as a hands-on backend developer - must
• Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in full-stack Node.js and JavaScript-based technologies - must be hands-on
• 1+ years of experience in planning or developing backend, cloud, or scalability-related features - must
• Proven experience with scaling and productizing backend systems
• Experience working on B2B or B2B2C SaaS products that serve a few different customers.
• Advantage – DevOps or Release Management Experience in an Agile Environment.
• Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
