We are seeking a talented and experienced Hand-On Full-Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the development efforts of our innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using React and Python technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Ensure timely delivery of software projects, meeting quality standards, and following best practices in software development.
• Hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to support the team and ensure project success.
• Utilize expertise in AWS services to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in full-stack development with a strong proficiency in React and Python.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Optional: Experience in Android and iOS reverse engineering for enhanced security practices.
• Fluency in English
