Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead eager to contribute hands-on expertise to our expanding team. Your role will involve guiding a proficient group of developers through the conception, development, and implementation phases of our core application. As the leader of the Apps team, you will shape the technical trajectory, instituting and executing top-tier methodologies for development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle of designated projects, encompassing requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical blueprints.
• Deconstruct intricate problems into manageable segments, assess workload, and monitor project advancement.
• Nurture a constructive and collaborative team ambiance, offering mentorship and direction to team members.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and trends within the software development domain.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment (with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role).
• Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring development teams.
• A solid grasp of system design principles and best practices.
• Extensive proficiency in Kubernetes (k8s); Microservices architecture; Node.js; TypeScript; PostgreSQL.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting abilities.
• A robust work ethic and the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker Swarm, Helm).
