This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Engineer located in Misgav Regional Council. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), scripts development, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment & delivery (CD).

The DevOps Engineer will also collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of software.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 2 years as DevOps

Self-motivated and self-directed

Ability to solve problems and learn on the go

Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows platforms

Qualifications:

Infrastructure as code (IaC), Script Development, CI and CD skills

System Administration and Linux & Windows proficiency

Experience with SCM like GIT

Experience with configuration and management of air gapped platforms

Experience with configuration and management of cloud-based platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, ADO

Experience with Docker containers

Experience with Kubernetes Orchestration like K8S\K3S, OCP

Experience with scripts such as Bash, PS1, python, Batch, Groovy

Experience with DevSecOps

Experience with GitOps

Experience with Networking
