We’re looking for a talented and experienced development team lead to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.
• Hands-on work.
• Setting goals for each team member and managing all activities of the software development team to ensure timely project completion.
• Keeping up to date with the latest development software.
• Recruiting and training new developers.
• Providing technical leadership to your team members through coaching and mentorship, influence on design, technical decisions, and problem-solving.
• Guaranteeing product and code quality by establishing best practices like code review, automatic testing, etc.
• Ensuring quality and reliability of the entire team's output.

Requirements and skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven capabilities in team leadership.
• Proven capabilities in all aspects of software engineering, including
• acquisition, validation, architecture and design, code and other
• artifact development, integration, AI, and QA testing.
• Strong interest in aviation technology.
• Experience working for a startup.
• Great understanding of cloud, dockers, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
