JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Analyst to join our expanding Data team based in Tel Aviv. As a Data Analyst at ArborKnot you will play a crucial role in driving performance analysis and leveraging creative, data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize performance strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop quantitative analysis, tools, dashboards, and models to support well-informed and data-driven decision making of our platform
• Perform exploratory data analysis to support business and research hypothesis
• Improve data process and identify data gaps
• Query data warehouse to collect data and build/maintain reports with visualization tools
• Present recommendations to relevant stakeholders and executives

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3+ years proven experience as a data analyst, analyzing trends, performing root cause analysis and driving business decision with data driven strategies
• Curious & critical thinking mindset are key to success in this role
• 2+ year experience in Python, especially data related libraries
• 3+ years experience in SQL and spreadsheet modeling skills with experience in manipulating and interrogating data
• 3+ years experience in Tableau, including measurement and experimentation
• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
• Finance or Fintech experience is an advantage; CFA certification - significant advantage
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-learner, self-sufficient proactive problem-solver, able to work independently
• Academic degree in a quantitative field – Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field – or equivalent experience
