We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to join our fast-paced, innovative team.

Role Description

As the Head of Product Management, you will be part of the leadership team working closely with the CEO, CTO, and the software developers of the company.

• You will be planning the long-term roadmap and managing short-term releases of all the features for all customers.
• Develop and execute the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and make data-driven decisions using analytical skills.-
• Lead the development and implementation of web-based products in production environments.
• Foster an agile development methodology, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality features.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide transparency over the product development pipeline.
• Utilize full-stack Node.js and JavaScript-based technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• (Bonus) Apply DevOps knowledge and experience to streamline development and deployment processes.

This is a full-time role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technical product manager managing feature development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader and 2 years as a hands-on developer.
• Proficiency in full-stack Node.js and JavaScript-based technologies - must be hands-on
• Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and meet tight deadlines.
• 1+ years of experience in planning or developing backend, cloud, or scalability related features.
• Proven experience with scaling and productizing backend systems
• Experience working on B2B or B2B2C SaaS products that serve a few different customers.
• Advantage – DevOps or Release Management Experience in an Agile Environment.
• Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
