Role Requirements

Position Overview

As a DevOps specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of our systems.

Technical Skills

CI/CD Tools:

Hands-on experience with Jenkins for building, testing, and deploying applications.

Familiarity with Nexus for artifact management.

Version Control

Proficiency in Git and Bitbucket (or similar tools) for version control.

Configuration Management

Ability to write Ansible playbooks for configuration management.

Cloud Platforms

Proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services), including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.

Containerization Tools

Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications.

Infrastructure As Code (IaC) Tools

Familiarity with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for automating infrastructure provisioning.

Monitoring And Logging Tools

Knowledge of Prometheus for monitoring and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging.

Scripting And Programming Skills

Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Network Protocols And Security Best Practices

Understanding of network protocols and security principles.
