We are seeking a Software Development manager to manage one of Lightbits R&D core teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for spearheading the development of key features, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement of our existing products and features. You'll be a collaborative leader who fosters strong relationships and drives engagement among team members. Together, you'll define and execute the team's technology roadmap, shaping the future of our products.

• Contribute to product vision and subsequent execution
• Supervise the entire development life cycle, spanning from architecture, design and planning to implementation, QA, and support, to uphold a high standard of software quality.
• Provide technical leadership to team member while taking a hands on part in the team tasks
• Delegate tasks, assess progress, and potentially play a role in evaluating employee performance
• Collaborate closely with internal R&D teams, product team, and customer success to grasp product requirements effectively, thereby facilitating successful software development

●       Experience in design and development of multi-core, stateful distributed systems

●       At least 3 years’ experience in C/C++ and/or Golang – Must

●       Previous experience as an effective team leader/manager for at least 3 years – Must

●       Knowledge and experience working and developing for Linux environment - Must

●       Previous experience in python - advantage

●       Good design, coding, integration, and debugging capability

●       Self-starter, enthusiastic proactive mindset

●       Ability to write quality code and conduct thorough code reviews
