Using the device we developed, we learn what the main energy of our users is (carbohydrates/fats) and guide them every day anew which habits they should adopt in order to achieve their personal goal - a healthy lifestyle, weight loss, or prevention of diseases related to poor nutrition.
Lumen is looking for a top-notch VP Data to lead end-to-end analytical projects, inform, influence, support, execute, and drive the data-driven strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled and success-driven Data Scientists and Data Analytics.
- Initiate & manage cutting-edge projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured and automated solutions.
- Evaluate and improve business KPIs through data.
- Identify the opportunities most important for growth and lead these initiatives based on supportive data.
- Own internal data in the company, including product and business analytics, end to end and be responsible for its delivery, infrastructure, accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with all the company teams to lead data features of our own customer facing analytics dashboard.
- Lead the analysis of complex datasets to extract valuable insights, trends, patterns and anomalies that drive strategic decisions.
- Present findings and actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Lead the building and upgrade of existing data infrastructure to cope with performance, scalability, and growth.
What are we looking for:
- 10+ years of practical data experience in big data businesses
- 3+ years of experience managing a Data Analytics and Data Science team.
- Strong understanding of statistics and hands-on experience with SQL, Paython and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
- Self-learner, multi-tasker, able to work independently, highly organized, proactive, and a problem-solver.
- Master degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other quantitative field.
