We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader with a deep understanding of backend development, API architecture, event-driven systems, and extensive experience in leading development teams.

Role Description

As a Hands-On Team Leader (50%) for 4 Developers, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our CRM and API development efforts, particularly within the context of event-driven systems, and lead the agile sprints.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend development, API architecture, and event-driven systems.
• 2+ Highly Proficiency with PHP applications.
• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience, leading development teams and driving successful project delivery.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of API design principles, RESTful architecture, microservices, and event-driven patterns (e.g., pub/sub, event sourcing).
• Experience with C# or Node.js- big advantage.
