What will you do?

Hibob is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Israeli Dev department. Between working closely on the production infrastructure, building CICD, and empowering the Dev team, you will always find excitement and a smile in the Dev department.

Develop Hibob’s cutting edge infrastructure and CICD, while building and maintaining monitoring, DR, and security. You will be responsible for owning the dev cycle from source code to production and monitoring for set KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

• 2+ Years of Experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Enthusiastic about solving complex problems and building enabling tools for engineers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud services - MUST
• Experience in managing Kubernetes environments with Helm in production - MUST
• Skilled in designing and building GitOps CI/CD with tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Required knowledge in IaC using tools like Crossplane and Terraform
• Familiarity with DataDog or equivalent monitoring and observability platform
• Proficient programming skills in Python and/or Go
• Experience with the Argo Suite (CD/Workflows/Events/Rollouts) - ADVANTAGE
• Experience with Istio/LinkerD or similar service mesh technologies - ADVANTAGE
