Full Stack Engineer

C2A Security is a dynamic and successful startup. We seek a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative software development team and play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable and maintainable software solutions for web applications. This is a challenging but rewarding position where you will be expected to understand, stay connected, and contribute to the company's business needs to create an impactful product that makes a difference in the automotive industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing high-quality, efficient code in modern programming languages like JS (React and Node.js)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Driving continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing code performance
• Conducting thorough code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a culture of learning
• Staying updated on the latest technologies and providing technical leadership in full-stack development
• Assisting in project planning, estimation, and maintenance of existing applications

This is a hybrid position (2 days a week from the office in Jerusalem) - negotiable, with high pay and benefits.

What You Need for The Role:

• 4+ years of practical experience with web standards, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with at least 2 years focused on React development
• Strong proficiency in CSS and JavaScript, demonstrating expertise in DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, with experience in state management libraries such as MobX, considered advantageous
• Familiarity with common front-end development tools like Yarn
• Practical development experience of at least 1 year with Node.js
• Familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Sequelize are desirable
• Highly independent and adaptable, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successfully working in a team-oriented, Agile development environment
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
