Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong mathematical background and experience with leading AI/ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects in disciplines including using ML for the efficient evaluation of complex financial structures, and use of NLP/LLMs for the conversion of text into structured data.
• Lead the effort of integrating developed solutions into existing products written in Python.
• Participate in quantitative research and development in the areas of valuation of financial instruments and risk management of portfolios of such instruments.
  
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Academic mathematical education with a strong background in linear algebra and analysis.
• Expert in Python.
• Experience in AI/NN/LLM - from problem statement to solution that works, using modern ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience in C++ developing production code is an advantage but not essential.
• Significant experience performing quantitative tasks - experience in numerical optimization where there are constraints of stability and performance.
• Degree/work experience as a financial quantitative analyst.

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
