We are currently seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who is enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated to join our company. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, willing to explore uncharted territories and succeed in them.

Join our exceptional engineering team at our Tel Aviv headquarters, located by the beach (Hybrid), and report directly to the VP of R&D.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement cutting-edge features for distributed systems.

- Take ownership of various domains, identifying problems and providing end-to-end solutions.

- Work with cloud technologies and develop data-driven solutions that lead to valuable customer insights.

- Develop algorithms for real-world problems that have not been previously modeled or analyzed.

- Lead efforts to improve the team's skills, code quality, and standards.

- Have the opportunity to grow into leadership and management roles as the company evolves.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience building large-scale applications using a variety of technologies and platforms.

- 2+ years of experience with Node.js.

- 2+ years of experience with Python.

- Extensive experience in designing and modeling scalable microservices architectures on cloud platforms.

- Proficiency in creating and utilizing RESTful APIs, event sourcing, and persisting entities in distributed systems.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience and passion for DevOps, monitoring, and testing.

- Experience working in startup companies is advantageous.

- Experience with mobile development is advantageous.

- Experience with Django is advantageous.

- Experience with K8S is advantageous.
