This high-impact, cross-functional position requires a deep understanding of the business and the ability to drive initiatives to make sure we extract every bit of value and business insights from it.

Responsibilities:

· As a Head of Data, you will own the data domain and roadmap in Neema.

· Understand the business and the products. Make sure the data turns into business insights.

· Manage, but more importantly mentor our growing team of analysts to fulfill their potential.

· Solve the problem - Don’t answer the question. Make sure the data is available and self-served to the stakeholders.

· Work closely on different projects with all the teams and managers - Product, Growth, BizDev, Finance, Operation, Sales, and Customer Support.

· Help us turn into a data-oriented organization. Ensure the data quality and integrity across the company.

· Perform data analysis to help us excel; build prediction models concerning our new products; and detect and monitor risks.

We’re looking for:

· Team player. Rock star without the ego. Fast learner who works hard and gets S*** done.

· 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience.

· At least 2 years of managerial experience.

· A master in SQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and anything in between. Nothing less.

· Efficiency and scale minded.

· Proven experience in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Anodot, Coefficient, and others.

· Experience in Python - an advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science/Statistics/Mathematics/Information Systems/Economics or equivalent.

· Think big while simultaneously having the passion to get your hands dirty.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a very proactive approach.
