Check Point is looking for a talented and hands-on Data Scientist to design and implement algorithms and models in the field of cyber security.

As a data scientist in our team, you will have a vital role in shaping the content of our product and solving business cases for our customers.

We’re looking for an awesome team player who can also take the lead on interesting projects and deliver results.

Major Responsibilities

• Research existing and new data sources to extract meaningful value for our customers
• Define and translate business cases and product needs to algorithmic tasks
• Design, develop and implement statistical models, ML methods and algorithms to solve problems and create new features

Desired Background

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a data scientist/algo engineer in a tech company
• Working knowledge in classical machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Strong background in Python with experience in Data & ML package
• Experience in networking and/or cyber security- a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience writing KQL queries - advantage
• Experience with LLMs - advantage
