As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to join our team and be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and management of multiple cloud implementations for Shield SaaS customers.

As a key member of Shield's Operations, you will work closely with DEV groups and directly with customers to ensure the availability, security and reliability of cloud deployments, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a Shield technical expert.
• Provision customer infrastructure and software over the cloud and on-prem environments.
• Full configuration of the Shield platform including database configuration, data flow configuration, reports and features activation.
• E2E integration with external data sources.
• Post-deployment and upgrade sanity and verification
• Create and demonstrate technical document
  
  

Requirements:

+2 years’ experience with:

• Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with platform / SaaS solutions configuration and implementation
• Experience with Elastic search
• Experience with operating Kubernetes cluster at an advanced level
• Command-line utilities such as bash, graph, ssh, PowerShell, etc.
• Experience with running applications built on automation frameworks like Terraform and Helm
• Experience with relationship DBs such as MySQL
• Background in QA – Advantage
