Ness is looking for ABAP+UI5 Development Team Leader for a challenging and significant project in a classified security organization in the Sharon region, Israel.

A full-time and permanent position, in the Sharon area and is not Hybrid.

Willingness to pass a high-level security classification is required (a process that takes several months).

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in ABAP development, in recent years, in addition to at least 2 years in UI5 development - mandatory.

• HANDS ON ability to conduct CODE REVIEW for developers, the development methodology label, team management and division of tasks.

• Some managerial experience is required.

• T/he will also manage SAP testers and implementers - 3 people and then it will increase to 5 people.

• Experience in building interfaces for tangential systems - mandatory.

• Experience in the writing mechanism of IDOCs and complex screens - mandatory.

• Experience in managing projects and managing developers and testers - a must.

• Familiarity with the WM module - an advantage.

• Having experience working with a UI/UX team - an advantage.

• Experience working with PI - an advantage.

• Experience working in large organizations - an advantage.

• Development experience in various modules - an advantage.

• Experience working in AGILE methodology - an advantage.

• Education - a degree in computer science or an equivalent degree - an advantage.

• Ability to lead a team.
