Description:

mPrest Defense division is searching for Full Stack team leader to join and lead in our R&D group. Leading a team of .Net Core developers. Take an active position in the software development lifecycle, from design sessions through code review and testing. mPrest has vast defense experience and a proven track record in the development of highly innovative command-and-control (C2) systems such as Iron Dome, one of the world’s most complex and successful air-defense systems.

Responsibilities:

· Leading a team of developers according to Agile best practices

· Interface with various R&D groups and with support tiers

· Planning, executing and validating the team work according to the agreed design and

requirements

· Hands-On design and feature implementation

· Provide customer support by solving project issues – onsite and remote

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of hands on experience of C# .NET Core development

· At least 2 years of experience as a team leader

· At least 2 years of experience with Micro-services Architecture, distributed Systems

· Experience with web frontend development (React, Angular).

· At least 2 years of experience working with Agile software development methodology

· Experience working on Windows and Linux

· Experience with DevOps practices (CI pipeline) and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, K8s,

etc.)

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering

· Experience with test driven development and proper unit testing of code

· Strong design, architecture, and problem-solving skills

· Self and fast learning skills

· Excellent communication skills
