Skybox Security is looking for a talented backend Software Engineer to join Skybox Applications Group which is responsible for most backend operation of the product.

We are looking for candidates that have passion for cybersecurity and have a deep interest in Java backend technology, operating under highly challenging performance and scale requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Core Data Layer and Application Server of the Product
• Complex data analysis and retrieval
• Caching and Concurrency for fast response
• Developing REST APIs
• Integrate with third party APIs
• Data manipulation for MySql, Elastic Search etc
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience in Java or similar language
• BSc. In computer science
• Python is an advantage
• Node.js/ Typescript is an advantage
• Thorough Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Database
• Experience working with Hibernate, Spring - advantage
• Background in networking and security – a major advantage
