The Infra group at Run:ai is seeking a talented Engineering Team Lead to lead the development of our world-leading AI platform for Data Scientists and ML Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing a team of backend engineers, and have experience in developing enterprise-ready systems based on Kubernetes, cloud and a microservice based architecture.

Expectations:

• mentor team members, and conduct both code and design reviews.
• Work with the team on a daily basis ensuring teammates have a clear understanding of deliverables and have a comfortable work environment.
• Use agile practices to manage project delivery
• Write scalable, reliable, and high-performance code
• Work with the team towards full test coverage for all features.
• Cooperate with other R&D team members, product managers, support, and other stakeholders in the company

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as an Engineering team lead
• 5+ years experience in server-side development
• Strong architectural capabilities and knowledge in design patterns
• Experience working on complex, microservices-based systems
• Knowledge of Kubernetes - strong preference
• Golang experience - strong preference
