We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead a dynamic team of developers and QA professionals. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and other stakeholders
- Lead by example and develop your team members - have them grow, adapt, take on responsibilities, and own their share of the product.
- Build and lead a team of full-stack engineers, Manage the entire production life-cycle of your domain
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies Implementation with attention to quality and best practices.
- Take responsibility for your team's deliverables.
- Be responsible for the infrastructure platform, its uptime, quality, architecture & scale.
- Take a major part in our strategic growth as an R&D team - technology and process-wise.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
- At least 5 years of hands-on
- Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and Typescript A must
- Commercial experience with React.
- Experience with Cloud platform (AWS a must, Azure an advantage)
- Experience with no-SQL database
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of architecture and design
- Develop self-learner with a strong can-do attitude.
