We are looking for an experienced Senior Team Leader to join our success as we continue to scale and tackle new challenges.

As a team leader, you will be part of our R&D Leadership team and take full responsibility for your team's recruitment, mentorship, and leadership, consisting of both front-end and backend engineers, taking full ownership of specific parts of the morning.co’s platform..

To succeed in this role, you need to possess technical and methodological expertise and a strong passion for continuous improvement and learning.

• At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
• At least 4 years of experience with backend development in node.js and a modern front-end framework.
• Good understanding and practical experience with cloud services and microservices architectures (serverless - big plus!)
• Strong command of modern software engineering principles and practices (including OOP, TDD,CI, CD)
• Very strong communication skills, fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Passionate about delighting end users :)
