As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in our GPU team, you will collaborate with our R&D and innovation teams to create and optimize Idomoo AI video platform and have a great understanding of user inputs and preferences, leading to more accurate and engaging video content.

Job Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Idomoo AI models to improve video relevance, personalization, and overall quality.
• You will be in charge of designing, training, and deploying state-of-the-art neural models for development-related tasks.
• Setup of learning information, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model configuration, to facilitate efficient and effective machine learning processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with cutting-edge ideas. Validate hypotheses through empirical research and data-driven methodologies. Iterate on models to achieve exceptional performance.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in ML, NLP, and distributed computing, applying these insights to drive continuous innovation within Idomoo.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or other quantitative / technical field.
• Practical experience in machine learning, deep-learning, data analysis, or other algorithmic research.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying machine-learning models, either in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs.
• Experience with design, architecture, coding, integration, deployment, and monitoring stages.
• Self-learner with can-do attitude.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges in creative and efficient ways.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
