Lili is seeking a Frontend Team Lead to join our team
In this role you will:
- Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth.
- Drive the development process, from design to implementation, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Architect highly scalable and distributed web applications, utilizing your deep understanding of JavaScript and the web development process.
- Apply excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Foster excellent teamwork and communication skills within the team, guiding and mentoring team members on professional matters
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on web technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably as a team lead or technical lead.
- Deep understanding of the Web development process.
- Expertise in frontend technologies - preferably React.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed web applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor others on professional matters
