About The Role

As an Stampli Full stack Team lead you will lead a team of strong dedicated full stack developers and work on Stampli’s core platform to create amazing user experience and data driven technology.

You will have the autonomy to make technical decisions and support other developers in the team.

You will work on exciting new technologies with the latest best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full stack developers that develops Stampli’s core applications
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
• Take initiative in improving the software in small or large ways to address pain points in your own experience as a developer
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Lead the team day to day development challenges
• Work closely with the product team to ensure working on the most important tasks and meet the timeline of the project.
• Ensure the team is on track, Estimate the work needed, leading the tech efforts, motivate the team and provide support to other developers.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing applications using Java and AWS services
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular/AngularJS
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Team Lead
• Leader with high motivation, a team player with a track record of technical leadership and technical collaboration
• Experience working on cloud based production systems. Proven track record of delivering large scale, high-quality products
• Self-motivated and committed to fast-paced startup mode
• Deep understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, clean coding, and code review practices
• Experience in designing and developing a database model (Cloud-based NoSQL/DynamoDB)
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to use good judgment
