Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in server development
• Capable of quickly grasping new concepts and proficient in self-directed learning
• Track record of successfully designing and implementing scalable, high-performance server architecture
• Aptitude for effectively diagnosing and resolving complex server-side issues
• Willingness to take on new coding challenges and step outside of the comfort zone
• Collaborative and proactive mindset, leading features and removing roadblocks with minimal support
• Practical experience working with NoSQL databases
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, considering the implications and ramifications of design decisions
