About the team: Platform

LSports Platform group spearheads the development of our groundbreaking internal developer platform, setting unparalleled standards for innovation, efficiency, and scalability within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and other departments to integrate DevOps practices into the entire software development lifecycle.
• Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance DevOps capabilities through tooling, automation, and best practices.
• Act as the key point of contact for DevOps-related issues, both internally and externally, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Ruby, and expertise in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like JenkinsX, Azure DevOps, Argo, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Deep understanding of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including best practices in security and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
