EasySend is a no-code platform for building and optimizing digital customer journeys. EasySend transforms paperwork-based processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to take our deployment & monitoring process to the next level. As a senior DevOps engineer, you’ll be the first engineer to lead our DevOps efforts full-time, with the opportunity to make a huge impact on our product agility and quality. You'll be joining a great team of talented people, and most importantly a fun atmosphere of working together to achieve something big.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
• Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
• Work closely with engineering professionals within the company to define new cloud architectures and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently
• Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide
• Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in previous DevOps roles
• Experience in working with:
• Amazon Web Services
• Kubernetes
• Hashicorp Terraform (or a similar tool)
• Experience in building and maintaining world-class monitoring tools for our server environments
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Experience working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
• Professional work experience in team building and project organization
