We are expanding our AI & Computer vision capabilities and are looking for team players to lead our analytics group

Job description:

Leader of the Analytics team, taking responsibility for research in the field of AI & computer vision, data pipeline development and AI & Algorithm development tools

Take full ownership of AI & algorithm products and manage the entire lifecycle, from conception to execution

Manage & provide technical guidance and support to team members

Customers’ focal point and managing the AI & algorithm products requirements

Managing the development & implementation of new features and functionalities for the analytics products

Stay up-to-date on the latest AI & algorithms new technologies

Collaborate with the clients, R&D, business, and operational teams across the organization, to drive high-quality, on-time releases

Recruit and hire new team members

You will report directly to the VP R&D

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree at least in computer science, electrical engineering or a related engineering field

5+ years of managerial experience of ML & CV teams

6+ years of hands-on experience with AI & computer vision algorithm development (grew from R&D)– a must.

A strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, in the industry of ML & CV

Excellent understanding of MLOps & AI/algorithms pipeline and best practices

Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure

Experience with data processing frameworks and machine learning libraries

Excellent English, both oral and written

Strong leadership qualities, team player
