Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineering Team Lead. The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers on a daily basis. They will also be responsible for writing and reviewing code, designing Real Time Embedded applications, and overseeing the software development process.

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills in object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Experience with designing C++ RT Embedded software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies is highly desirable
