We’re building a big-data SW intelligence platform that turns data generated throughout the SW development lifecycle (code, user stories, pipelines, scanning tools) into insights and optimization tools to help 1000+ R&D teams in AT&T continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use.

We are looking for a passionate hands-on Product Manager to drive the product forward, alongside a highly technical and savvy group of doers who are building tomorrow’s technologies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the roadmap, build a backlog, define, and execute product requirements
  • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure that you generate value for our users
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, customer success, marketing, other Product team members and other cross-functional stakeholders to build, train and ship high-quality products
  • Perform ongoing analysis and research of customer requests and industry trends to define the next product capabilities, to drive KPIs to ensure ongoing product success.
  • Define and analyze product usage and stickiness metrics that inform the success of features



Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager in an Enterprise SaaS company – a must
  • Background as a Software Developer – a must
  • Experience working in agile development methodology, building, and prioritizing product backlog, and defining MVP
  • Ability to design and ship products with customer empathy
  • End-to-end ownership and independence, while being a team player. “Can do” attitude and ability to prioritize and solve problems
  • Ability to see the big picture and dive into details when necessary
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills; Must have strong English both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders – R&D, UX/UI, Customer success, etc
  • Passionate, hungry, and driven to make a change
