Position Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend solutions using Python, as well as creating user-friendly frontend interfaces with Angular. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both backend and frontend development, be well-versed in the latest technologies, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Additionally, we are seeking someone with leadership experience and the potential to evolve into a team lead role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain complex backend services and APIs using Python
• Develop and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Be a leader - support your peers, mentor junior developers and raise the bar of the team’s development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise of both backend and frontend technologies
• Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks for backend development
• Capability in front-end development using Angular
• Leadership Skills - Demonstrated ability to lead as both a technical and people manager
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery)
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ownership mentality - Take responsibility of your developments through to production and beyond
• Ability and experience working in an Agile startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
