Sight OLO, our machine-vision based CBC analyzer only needs two drops of blood to give you a full diagnostic answer where and when you need it. With hundreds of devices in the field, we are taking the next step on our journey to execute our vision of a complete Digitized Blood Diagnostics ecosystem.
In your role as a Software Developer Student, you will:
- Be a member of the SW team reporting to the SW Manager.
- Collaborate with product managers, system engineers and other stakeholders to gather and define software requirements.
- Design and implement software solutions using best practices in software development.
- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for our SW team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in various programming languages.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Requirements:
- Student for a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science (or similar) with availability for 80% position (4 working days a week).
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with at least 2 of experience.
- Mamram/ 8200/ 81 Alumni - a must
- Proven experience in development in Python back-end (front-end web technologies - an advantage)
- Confidence working in Linux using bash.
- Experience in development in C and Firmware - an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of database design and SQL - an advantage.
