At Sight Diagnostics, we are revolutionizing how blood diagnostics is done using computer vision and AI. Sight OLO, our machine-vision based CBC analyzer only needs two drops of blood to give you a full diagnostic answer where and when you need it. With hundreds of devices in the field, we are taking the next step on our journey to execute our vision of a complete Digitized Blood Diagnostics ecosystem.

In your role as a Senior Software Developer, you will:

• Make a critical contribution to shaping and developing our code base in a real full stack environment (from firmware interaction up to gui development)
• Designing new software projects and helping shape the direction of the software team, including technology selection and architecture choices
• Collaborate with various teams, including the algorithm team, product and production teams in order to create the best product.
• Develop infrastructure and tools that will aid and support algorithmic research
• Work on very diverse tech stacks including Linux/Unix, Python, Postgres, zeromq, docker, qml, vue.js and more
• Add new features and solve critical bugs for our product users around the world
• Mentor and empower other software developers from the team
• Lead and Manage cross teams projects
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Programming Experience with Python - a must
• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent working experience in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
• Confidence working in Linux using bash
• Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance systems
• Data and cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Team player with self-learning skills
• Detailed oriented, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Passionate about building excellent software, quality code and sound system architecture
