We’re looking for a dynamic AI Data Science Manager who’s eager to drive change in our industry as an experienced team leader. You’ll use your passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence to push forward innovation around risk and fraud mitigation, deep learning for NLP, and computer vision while enhancing our tech and your team of data scientists.

In this role, you’ll help shape our team and take on diverse projects to ensure we’re achieving our most important organizational objectives with machine learning based solutions. In this role you’ll

• Research and apply advanced solutions to real business problems
• Take full responsibility on projects end-to-end from business question all the way to production
• Develop models and tools using machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques
• Apply and inspire the adoption of advanced data science across the business
• Lead a team and work independently, understanding business requirements and how they relate to important business KPIs
• Work directly with product managers and presenting your work to internal stakeholders

What you’ll need

• 1-3 years experience leading an R&D/Data Science team
• 3+ years working as a data scientist, preferably for a startup/fintech company
• Master of Science (MSc) or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in Python and/or R code
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects
• Industry experience building fraud mitigation models is an advantage
• Graph network knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
