We are seeking an experienced Principal Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the field of data security. As the Principal Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS product and creating a new state-of-the-art automation infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure that quality requirements are well-defined and integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Build and design state-of-the-art infrastructure for BE and FE.
• Design and execute test plans, test suites, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our product.
• Continuously improve and enhance the quality process, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and test coverage.
• Analyze and report quality metrics, test results, and defects to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor team members and give code reviews.

Requirements

• BSc in computer science or other related field/graduate of IDF technology unit.
• At least 5 years experience as an Automation Engineer.
• 3+ years of automation experience using Python - Must.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale automation infrastructures - Must.
• Experience in giving code reviews and mentoring team members – Must.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience working with Pytest is an advantage,
• Proficient in frequent context switching.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripting languages.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Proficient in test planning, test design, and test implementation across various types of testing, including functional, performance, security, and scalability testing.
• Experience in C# is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with large-scale systems.
• Passion for people, quality, technology, and architecture.
• Excellent team player.
• Fluent in English - reading and writing.
