Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and strategy for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging extensive knowledge in Salesforce development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance technical capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce development processes and workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technologies, offering guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce representatives and partners to leverage resources and support project success.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions through effective governance and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for Salesforce integration and enhancement to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
• APEX and LWC knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce applications and their business implications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
• Advantage- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA) are highly desirable.
• Advantage- leading successful Salesforce implementations and projects, preferably as a Salesforce partner.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
