The Axonius product group is looking for a
Director of Data & Analytics who is passionate about building top-notch enterprise cybersecurity products. We are looking for individuals with experience leading complex data and analytics practices, enabling cybersecurity product efforts, that would like to build, shepherd and accelerate those practices at Axonius. What your day will look like:
- As our first director for this space, you will be expected to define and then manage the strategy, methods and processes to excel in achieving your team's goals.
- You will manage a team of analysts that will continue to grow with the product operations.
- You will own the topics of product analytics, cybersecurity data research and curation, as well as data operations for our ML efforts.
- You will work closely with leaders in the product group, the engineering group, sales, technical field teams as well as stakeholders to execute on your plans.
- Your team will be embedded in the product development lifecycle, from discovering opportunities, through helping to make the right product decisions, to keeping us honest on the outcomes of our efforts, as we grow our product to better serve our customers.
- You will partner with local and remote teams. Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments of the team to external and internal stakeholders.

Reach out if:
- You have 8+ years of experience in data analytics, working with relevant data pipeline, data research and dashboarding tools.
- You have a well rounded experience in research, analysis, data curation, data labeling for ML, and product instrumentation.
- You must have a proven track record of leading teams in this space. Past experience in building those functions is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Having cybersecurity experience is a plus, but if that is lacking past experience in delivering data intensive complex products in similar spaces is a must.
- You're an interdisciplinary problem solver, skilled at managing complexity while driving teams towards achieving a mission.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
