Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing cloud-native applications designed for high scale, reliability, security, and performance. You'll work on a mature platform, contributing pragmatic solutions that impact customers globally. Leading by example, you'll also play a crucial role in upskilling our engineering organization.

Tech Stack Snapshot:

• Ruby on Rails for the application, with the majority of the UI in ReactJS
• Microservices framework primarily in NodeJS, hosted on AWS EKS
• Leveraging AWS for cloud services
• Databases include ElasticSearch and MySQL, with occasional use of Redis

Your Impact:

• Architect microservices and applications on a cloud-native framework
• Lead technical efforts throughout the software development process, from design to customer support
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our platform and services
• Shape engineering practices by advocating for consistent patterns, improved observability, and robust testing
• Contribute to innovation projects, building features for customers and tools for engineering teams

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
• Expertise in architecting and building cloud-native services at scale, using microservices and event-driven architectures, and working with relational, NoSQL, and distributed databases
• Proven experience developing high-scale, high-performance distributed systems
• Strong DevOps acumen with a focus on operational excellence
• Solid understanding of architecting reliable, scalable, and secure applications
