Sunbit is looking for a DevOps Team Leader who will take an active role in the development of the Sunbit infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work, learn, and build new technology.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building large-scale services and will bring proven experience leading projects, managing teams and with excellent technical focal skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage, develop and mentor your DevOps engineering team to fulfill their potential and grow the next generation of DevOps leaders
• Work closely with the engineering teams to define infrastructure needs and provide them with DevOps support and training.
• Take an active role in hands-on tasks.
• Design, implement and improve solutions and workflows for the team, accelerating the team's speed and efficiency.
• Manage our cloud infrastructure based on AWS
• Manage top technologies like: Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow, etc...
• Participate in roadmap creation and tracking.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years as a Team Leader/management position
• At least 6 years experience as DevOps engineer
• Strong Cloud architecture skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools like github actions or equivalent
• Experience with containerized environments and microservices (K8s / ECS)
• Proven experience in managing production environment at scale in cloud environment
• Programming/automation related to DevOps (Python/Ruby/Go/Bash).
• Experience with monitoring tools Datadog/Grafana/Prometheus
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform
• Fast learner, passion to use new technologies and a people person
